Keep all medical records, and the referral note (if any), handy.
The Doctor or Nurse will evaluate all your documents via Whatsapp. You will have to send the relevant medical reports which describe the patient’s disease and present health condition. After arriving at a decision on whether the patient can benefit from getting admitted at Dilasa, and based on room availability, you will be informed about when to get the patient for admission.

The staff will note down your address, your requirement, and will discuss with you regarding mode of transport. They will be able to tell you when the home visit can be done. Our aim is to attend to the patient at the earliest possible.
